Shipping Information
We use DPD to fulfil our shipments and you will automatically receive an info email and tracking link as soon as the package leaves our shipping centre. You can check the shipment status at any time with your tracking link, receive text updates and change your delivery time if needed.
We use special insulated boxes with ice or dry ice to keep items frozen during transit. We ship your order frozen with the environmentally friendly paperfloc insulating packaging and dry ice. This guarantees that the cold chain is maintained for up to 72 hours. We recommend that you place your frozen products in the freezer on the day they arrive.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
Please note that any orders placed after 12pm on a Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
United Kingdom
For mainland UK deliveries, we ship every day and offer free next day weekday delivery for all orders over £45 placed by 3pm. Please note that any orders placed with next day delivery after 3pm on Thursday will arrive the following Monday.

We also offer a free collection service from our London Warehouse. This option is available Monday - Friday between 9am - 5.30pm.
